Salmon potato under a blanket
In fact, the recipe includes not only coat the potatoes, but also "built-in" Tartar sauce, that is in one dish – and the fish and garnish, and even the sauce. In the morning, prepared, put in the fridge, and in the evening when they returned home, half an hour in the oven, and serve a beautiful and delicious dinner. The fish does not dry out and retains its full flavor.

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sour cream

  • Vegetable oil

  • Lemon juice

  • Paprika sweet

    2 pinch

  • Bread crumbs

Peel and boil the potatoes. While cooking potatoes, shred the greens and skip through the press garlic. Stir.

To the potatoes add oil and do a simple, slightly dry mashed potatoes (do not add milk or water or any other liquid). Instead of butter you can add cream, but mashed potatoes should be dry. Do not forget to salt. You can, of course, carefully add other favorite spices, mashed potatoes must be delicious but should not "score" the fish. Add to mashed potatoes chopped greens with garlic, and 1/3 in store grated cheese, and leave to rest.
