Cooking
Take the rice bubble Mix "Mistral", put in boiling water, diminish the fire and cook for 30 minutes.
While cooking rice, cook pork chops with sweet and sour peppers. Pepper clean from seeds and partitions and cut into long strips. Also we cut the onions, in the original red.
In a pan pour 1 tbsp. of olive oil. When a light haze, put the chopped peppers and onions. Overcook minced a couple of minutes, add salt, pepper and sugar. The sugar will help to soften the pepper and onion karamelizuem. Fry on high heat, stirring occasionally. Hiss is to be constantly, as if it is not, the vegetables start to boil, not broil.
When the vegetables will flounder a bit, add the balsamic vinegar, it will give pepper gloss and flavor. Vyparim a bit of vinegar, turn off heat. Do not remove the pan, add 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Get a packet of ready rice. Give water to drain.

Put chops on a substrate of sweet-sour pepper and pour meat sauce with garlic, butter and thyme. Serve immediately hot. Bon appetit!
