Ingredients

  • Minced Turkey

    1 kg

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Nutmeg

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Butter

Cut our vegetables diced: onions, peppers and mushrooms.

Add to the minced salt, pepper, nutmeg and all mix well.

In a pan heat the butter and stew all vegetables together.

Now, add the vegetables to the minced meat and again mix well.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Parchment bastelaer Deco and form our patties. Optional, roll in breadcrumbs, but can do without.
