Pasta with chicken, chanterelles and tomatoes
A rich and harmonious dish. Chicken is marinated in sauce "teriyaki&am p;quot;, turns out tender and juicy. Fresh vegetables and wild mushrooms give the dish juiciness and bright flavor. All goes well with delicate pasta.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    100 g

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken cut into medium-sized pieces. Onion cut into quarter-rings.

To the chicken add the sauce (1 tbsp) and leave for 5-7 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into large cubes.

In vegetable oil fry the chicken from both sides until Golden color, transfer to a plate.

In the same pan fry the onions.

Add the mushrooms, fry for one minute.

Add the tomatoes, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add sauce (1 tbsp), stir, put chicken pieces and stir again.

Add boiled in salted water pasta.
