Notothenia relates to fatty fish, but its fat is very easily digested by the predominance of unsaturated fatty acids. In addition, in meat fish notothenia contains significant amounts of vitamins A, b, D, C and PP. Notothenia rich in a whole set of mineral substances, especially iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium and sodium. Phosphorus, which is contained in large amount in nototenia, is important for normal bone development, particularly of children, pregnant women, the elderly. Found in meat fish notothenia iodine, manganese and copper which are necessary for the human body to normalize metabolic processes.

Clean the fish fins and scales, wash.
