Ingredients

  • Corn flour

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

Maize and wheat flour sieve, add sugar, baking powder (or soda), stir well.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, add the melted butter, pour the milk, mix well.

To the mixture of eggs and milk add the liquid honey, beat well with a whisk to mix all ingredients.

To the dry mixture and add liquid mixture, stir with a spatula until smooth and leave for a few minutes. Muffin tin is well greased with butter. Fill with dough, leaving 1 cm from the top. Sent muffins to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick, it should be dry. Muffins to cool in the form, get a cut in the middle and put a piece of butter. Ready muffins can be frozen and then reheated in the oven.
