Walnuts in a spicy glaze are a great dessert for your Lenten table. I know for myself that in the days of fasting for some reason I want sweet. Offer to make sweet and spicy nuts, which energize the body. They can even take along as a snack. And these nuts can serve as a decoration for cakes and confectionery. To prepare this dessert is simple and not troublesome. These nuts can easily replace candy, and those spicy nuts you will not find in the store).

Cooking
To make this lean dessert will need a very small set of products - walnuts, soy sauce, ground black pepper (preferably freshly ground), refined sunflower oil, ground nutmeg and honey.
In a saucepan mix oil, honey and soy sauce.
Add to this mix black pepper and nutmeg. Mix well. If the honey has already been solidified as I have, that a little warm all in a saucepan, all ingredients were mixed until a homogeneous mass.
Add in soy honey mixture and nuts.
Put the saucepan on a slow fire for 5 minutes until thick, stir constantly. Remove from the heat.
A baking sheet or a baking dish cover with foil and put one by one all the nuts. Put in a preheated 160 degree oven for 4-5 minutes for the final caramelization.
Give the nuts to cool a little first protivene. And then put one on a plate, in order for the icing on the nuts quickly froze. You can put a plate for 15 minutes in the fridge to speed up the process. Delicious spicy nuts are ready.
