Cherry (berry) liqueur no alcohol, low alcohol
Delicious cherry liqueur, which is prepared without adding alcohol, berries mixed with sugar and put to ferment. For this recipe you can prepare brandy from other fruit – currants, raspberries, plums, grapes, etc. for Example, very aromatic and delicious liqueur is obtained from black currant. The taste of brandy depends upon the variety of berries, try to choose the most sweet and fragrant. Alcohol in a liquor is very small, and she is very sweet. She especially likes women.

Cherry wash, you can remove the bone (I do not, they give the light a specific flavor).

Pour in 3-liter jar, sprinkling the sugar gradually.

Add water. Between content and the edge of the banks should remain some free space, because the cherries will ferment and rise.

Pour the resulting infusion into another container. For this you can use a special lid with holes.

Filter the infusion through cheesecloth, let stand 1-2 days. Then filter it again and bottle. Be sure that the fermentation process has ended, and then a full bottle of brandy with adoptiva may burst.

Let the infusion stand for a bit, drink immediately. It is especially nice to drink in winter. This liqueur is very sweet, little alcohol.

Of the remaining cherries can be cooked and SWEET WINE. In the same 3-liter jar of cherries left after cooking brandy, cover with 30% syrup. 3-liter jar take 1.5 liters of water and 500 g of sugar, bring to the boil and allow to cool – the syrup is ready. Similarly, the Bank put on glove and wait for the end of fermentation. Wine is also need to filter through cheesecloth.
