Cooking

step-0
The products required.
step-1
The milk is slightly heated (to make it slightly warm to 40 degrees), add the yeast and sugar. Mix the flour with salt and margarine (grind it with flour flakes) and pour in the milk with yeast.
step-2
And knead slightly stick to hands dough. Leave it at room temperature (covered to not zavetrilos, I close the bag) for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
step-3
During this time the remaining margarine (100 grams) is rolled between the film into a square and refrigerate.
step-4
After a time take the dough out of the fridge and roll out a square, not thin, 6 mm thick and in the middle put a square of margarine.
step-5
And fold the dough envelope.
step-6
Roll the dough rectangle. Only carefully so that the margarine not giving!
step-7
And fold it to get 3 layers.
step-8
Next, remove it into the package and into the fridge for 30 minutes. And thus repeat 2 more times, pulled out, unrolled, folded and removed. A total of 3 times. Can be more, if you have time and desire, but 3 times is a must!
step-9
After the 3rd time, take the dough, roll out already thinner, 3-4 mm and cut into triangles. You can use any filling, not liquid! Here is a very good condensed milk cooked, thick jam, chocolate (but it's best to either finely chop or RUB on a grater, because I had a couple times that he didn't melt). And turn future a bagel.
step-10
Lay them on the oiled baking sheet and leave, covered with towel, for 1 hour to approach. During this time, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
step-11
When they fit, put it in the oven for 20 minutes (I baked for 25 minutes because after 20 minutes they were still pale). You can lubricate the yolk. I don't I don't like the yolk crust. And everything is ready! If baked without filling, it can be eaten with butter and jam, condensed milk. Very tasty!
