This recipe is for the sweet tooth who don't like long to bother with cooking, but I like to eat. Very quick, simple but tasty way to get to my table a wonderful dessert. And, importantly, with a minimum of dirty dishes)))
To begin we take 300g. sauce "Cranberry" TM Darbo, add to it 50 ml of cognac and juice from half of a lemon. Pushing a hand blender. Form in which to bake our biscuits, oil. If they are silicone, like me, you do not need to grease anything. Molds on 1\3 to fill the resulting cranberry sauce. Then make the dough. For this you need softened butter to mix with sugar and add the zest from half of a lemon. Thoroughly mix with whisk until smooth until all the sugar is gone. Then one by one enter the eggs and whisk until smooth. To the flour add baking powder. Mix well. In oil-egg mixture to introduce gradually the flour and stir with a metal spoon already. Then add 2 tbsp. of milk and stir the dough to make it malleable. Put in each mould on top of the sauce, the dough so much that it became filled to 2\3. Form to put in a refractory form and put in the oven, preheated to 180gr. With 20-25min. Once browned, you can remove. Allow to cool slightly for 10 minutes, and then each mold to turn. The resulting dessert you can decorate the top with mint leaves and whipped cream. I have cream, why not whipped (as happens when they are not quite the fat, as stated on the package), but I still on each dessert poured 1 tbsp. of cream.
