Cooking
Mix the sifted flour with soda, sugar and pinch of salt.
Put softened butter and stir.
Add eggs and honey, stir.
In the dough add the sea buckthorn together with the separated juice. (I showed perseverance and effort, picking out a knife the seeds of sea buckthorn. Can anyone suggest another way of extracting them? Meat grinder to granulate did not, as wanted, there was no sign of the seeds and the flesh was intact, more or less). We mix it all together.
We spread our future pie in the form and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for about half an hour.
It turns out to be sour-sweet and juicy red.
