Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    100 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Chicken fillet

    100 g

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

For cooking take quinoa from "Mistral".

Fill with water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to a boil, low down the heat, cook for 20 minutes with the lid closed.

On a heated pan pour vegetable oil, put the diced onion and garlic and fry for a few minutes until transparent.

Chicken fillet cut into cubes or thin strips, rubbed with salt, ground chili pepper and ground sweet paprika.

Put chicken into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes.

Put in a pan of frozen spinach, stir.

Put the diced tomatoes. If the skin is thick, I recommend scald with boiling water to remove. Mix everything together and simmer 5 minutes.
