Meat loaf
You have probably seen this meat loaf in cafes at supermarkets. It is difficult to pass, especially if hungry, will buy a piece, put it in bread and my hunger!)) Today I made a homemade version of this meat loaf. Come on, share the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Eggplant

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Wild rice

    1 cup

  • Dry milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

For meat loaf, we need meat (pork, beef, poultry), boiled rice (I have a mixture of parboiled and wild), pre-baked and purified from the skin of the eggplant (can substitute raw zucchini or carrots). The photo does not have enough onions, milk powder, sweet paprika powder, eggs and spices.

Meat mince together with onion and eggplant*. Add the paprika (for our bread was a nice pink hue), milk, eggs, salt and pepper. All very well to mix in better hands. *If you use zucchini it through a meat grinder skip first and squeeze dry. For carrots, choose the fine grid meat grinder, but to grind it twice so the meat was more uniform.

Add boiled rice and mix well again. Now heat the pan, make a small meatball of minced meat and fry until cooked, remove the sample and, if necessary, align the taste of the future meat loaf.

Rectangular form grease with butter and tightly fill with stuffing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for 1 hour.20min - 1H.30min., before Browning and fully cooked. If, during the roasting produces a lot of juice, it can be merged. Leave in tin until cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours. Sprinkle with pepper top of meat loaf and slice.
