If you are a seafood lover and you have exhausted all ideas about cooking them, I suggest you to try the delicious seafood rice in Japanese. It turns a simple but very tasty dish.

Cooking
In this recipe I use parboiled rice fragrant "Basmati Gold" from the Mistral.
Cook rice the easy way (I cooked 1 (rice) to 2 (water). Do not add salt! The rice should not be very crumbly, but not sticky.
Chop the onion and garlic. Take out the seeds and dice bell pepper. Ginger root peel and grate it on a grater. Heat in a pan the sesame oil and fry until gold in color the onion and garlic. Add ginger and pepper, simmer a few minutes.
Shrimp gradually defrost in the refrigerator, remove from the shell, remove intestinal vein, leave the tails. Thread each shrimp on a skewer (toothpick) so that when heat treated they are not coiled up. Fry in mixture of oil and butter to porozumenia not to overdry!
To combine soy sauce with wasabi, stir, pour the oil mixture over shrimp, periodically shake or stir to soaked!
To the prepared vegetables add boiled rice while stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes. A grain of rice should not brown and covered with a ruddy crust, and the more burnt, the rice needs to warm up and soak up the aroma of the prepared ingredients. Pour soy sauce shrimp, put the shrimp, stir, heat for a few minutes to combine all flavors.
