Velvet mushroom soup
Soup - simply delicious!!! The author of the recipe - chef Tami Sirkis. Came across the recipe quite by accident, and since the mushrooms to breathe irregularly, and immediately welded. The result exceeded all expectations!


  • Dill

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Spices

  • Dry white wine

  • Onion

  • Crackers

  • Water

    150 ml


Didn't exactly stick to the author's recipe, made according to your taste and half the quantity. The above number of products - so I cooked for 4 servings. Onions cut into rings (I had a large, sliced quarter-rings, but next time I will cut in small cubes - faster roasted through), garlic cut into round slices. Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until Golden brown (took about 10 minutes for frying).
Mushrooms thawed slightly, fresh mushrooms sliced large plastics.
Add mushrooms to the fried onions and add salt, black pepper (generously), a pinch of nutmeg. Stir.
Pour in 200 ml of dry white wine. When it boils, add about 150 ml water, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Then add to soup, milk and cream, bring to a boil and switch off the stove.
Added a lot of dill,
Try the taste and, if necessary, doculive and pepper. While the soup cooked, he fishes set aside the croutons of white bread.
The soup is served with croutons (croutons). Yum and to die for! :) :) :) Try it!

    Очень люблю грибной суп, но как-то по стандарту готовила, а тут совсем другой способ) Обязательно его попробую, тлдьк6о вот интересно, а какую именно роль здесь играет вино?))
