A pleasant combination of bitterness of cocoa with a soft plum and spiciness of pepper. Very much I like to add hot pepper in different dishes.

Cooking
To prepare in blender dough from eggs, flour, cocoa, sugar and rum essences.
Crush in a mortar and dried chillies. I always sense the spices right before putting them in the dish, because in this case the spices as fragrant.
Pour the batter into the form that you are pre-lubricated and sprinkle a bit of flour.
Put on the dough slices of plum.
Sprinkle the pie with crushed pepper.
Bake in a preheated 250 degree oven - 50 minutes.
So the pie looks in the cut.
