Cooking
I have to say that I did half portions, as when testing products for the presence was that cottage cheese I have left a little more than 200:-) the cottage Cheese to grind (not necessarily until smooth, just no big lumps only if it is not too dry), add the eggs and stir.
Melt butter and cool slightly. Add it to the curd along with sugar and vanilla.
To add to the mass of chopped nuts and pudding mixed with starch.
Pour the flour with soda and stir thoroughly.The dough turns thick. Amount of flour depends on how much you have dry cottage cheese.
Put the dough in the oiled pan, flatten and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
The finished cupcake sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea! :-)
