Delicate shortbread cookies with the addition of yeast
I love this delicate, fragile, in literally melting in the mouth biscuits! Be sure to try, because the recipe is very simple and fast)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Powdered sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

Cooking

In a small bowl put 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and add yeast. Mix, set aside the mixture aside for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl sift flour, add to it a small pinch of salt, 2 tbsp sugar and the softened butter margarine (oil). Stir until a state of fine crumbs.

To flour mixture add the yeast with mayonnaise. Mix first with a spoon, then gather the dough with your hands into a uniform plastic mass.

The finished ball of dough in half share. From each part form a sausage about 3 cm thick. Each sausage cut into pieces with a width of 2.5-3 cm.

From each piece roll the ball. On average I make 15-16 balls.

Put on the laid parchment baking sheet. Each bun pressed with a fork to leave a mark.

Bake biscuits in pre-heated to 240-250 deg. oven until pale Golden brown (about 20 minutes).

The cookies are still hot put in a bowl. Fall asleep with powdered sugar, previously mixed with vanilla sugar. 1/3 cups of powder more than enough (less). Gently stir biscuits are soft and crumbly, easy to break) enjoy your tea!)
