Kebab from mutton with greens wrapped in pita bread. It's more restoranai dish than homemade, but why not make at home a small holiday, or on the nature. Moreover, if the meat to cook on the grill! Because soon the heat and want to go to the nature!

Cooking
In forcemeat add the grated onion (or izmereny in a blender), finely sliced parsley (2-3 sprigs), squeezed through the press garlic, salt, black pepper. All mix well, put on 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
To form patties 5-6 cm long, strung on skewers. Patties should be a little flat. Fry preferably on the grill, but the oven. In the oven, they have got languished about 30 minutes. Also with the meat roast the peppers (whole or open in halves).
Put patties on pita bread, roll roll. Then roll cut into pieces (about 3 cm).
Put on a plate rolls, and top with a little yogurt.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a pan heat oil, add tomato paste, a little salt, red pepper. And add slightly less than 1 Cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce meatballs in pita bread, on top of yogurt. Portenoy decorate with parsley. Add the roasted peppers.
Usually served with bulgur, or yogurt. BON APPETIT!!!
