Description

Pilaf cowboy
No matter what search you typed the word "basmati" will always get an answer like "Rice King" or "Queen of fragrance". This kind of rice often called "vintage" or "collectible". "Basmati" in Hindi means "fragrant". This elite variety of rice recommended for use in various types of pilau rice or just boiled as a side dish, for which I fell in love with basmati that it does not need any seasonings, sauces, gravies. Just boil it and enjoy splendid taste and aroma. But competition is competition, and just "boiled rice" will not get here, so we will cook rice. Do not judge strictly - this is my first recipe, so to speak, the debut.

Cooking

step-0
Set of products for the preparation of our risotto.
step-1
Boil the rice as directed on package. If time is short, while the rice is cooking, you can prepare the following ingredients, but if hungry households-the cowboys haven't knock on spoons, then you can stand next to the pan in which cooked rice, and to enjoy the scent of the "king of rice". Here's what you should have - wide figure has not increased, and at length was twice as long.
step-2
Finely chop the chicken and onion and fry in vegetable oil. Salt. As thin as possible to roll out the dough and pour it into a greased pan (my frying pan) so that the edges of the dough hanging down. On the dough put layers of rice, chicken - rice - chicken - rice. Do not flatten the layers! Cover with melted butter and wrap the edges of the dough. Bake for 1 hour at 180 deg. then turn the pilaf into a baking pan, and adding gas to 220 deg. bake another 5 min.
step-3
That's what eventually happened. Painted on top of the ketchup cowboy and cactus, but it turned out as something not very much.
step-4
This is in the context.
step-5
Just lay our weary cowboy in the shade of century-old agave, to finally eat, I heard behind a voice: "do Not share, buddy? All day you smell jumping!" Our cowboy grinned and said, "the smell? That's because it's "BASMATI".
