Description
Spring mood and spring-bright green cake with slices of kiwi, which, incidentally, was struck by an amazing fruity smell, which I kiwi well I did not expect:)

Cooking
The dough thinly roll out, put in a low, greased baking dish, 26 cm in diameter so that were closed bottom and sides. The excess dough neatly trimmed.
Put on the bottom form a circle of parchment and pour dry beans so that the dough does not rise. Put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Beat the eggs with sour cream, sugar and vodka.
Kiwi peel, cut into slices thickness of 0.5 cm.
To get the pie shell out of the oven, remove the beans and paper. Let cool slightly, then brush the surface with apricot jam.
To defer 10-12 circles kiwi. Raspodeliti the rest of the cake.
Add the egg-sour cream mixture. Reduce oven temperature to 180 degrees, put it in a pie for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes pull out and put pending kiwi slices, sprinkle with powdered sugar (I didn't have, unfortunately). Return to the oven and bake until tender (it took me another 20 minutes).
