Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and put in the microwave. Cook 5 minutes.

Prepared pumpkin pulp to separate from the crusts.

Grate the peeled Apple on a fine grater and combine with pumpkin.

Add eggs and flour, mix well.

Fry as ordinary pancakes... Eat with sour cream or Apple mousse.
