Cooking
Mix separately all the dry and all liquid ingredients.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry with a mixer on low speed knead the dough.
You can bake two layers in the form of 16 cm - get high cake. I use a form 26 cm and bake one cake. Bake in preheated oven 180 degrees 40-50 minutes (depending on the diameter of the mold and oven).
While the cake is baked and cools preparing citrus layer. You can buy ready-made jam, orange or lemon. I like to cook because it's easy. Cut the oranges, place sugar and cook for 30 minutes.
Blender make puree, cook for another 15 minutes, add lemon juice (I got from half a lemon). Pectin mixed with 30 g sugar and a thin stream pour in the jam, stirring constantly. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
The cooled cake cut into 3 parts (if the form is 16 cm, cut each in 2 parts).
Hot jam until warm, spread on the bottom cake. As it cools down it becomes thick.
Make cream for 1 layer. Whisk cream cheese with powdered sugar, add the butter at room temperature and continue whisking.
When frozen jam, it 1 spread the cream, cover with second Korzh, apply a layer of cream 1. The top cover cream 2 (you can increase the amount of cream 1 and use it the same). 2 for the cream, beat the room temperature butter until fluffy consistency and gradually, continuing to whisk, add the condensed milk. Decorate to your taste. I welded in sugar slices of orange for 10 minutes, turned them from the beginning. I added kiwi and sprigs of rosemary (for the New year resembles a Christmas tree).
