Poluprov, or
Traditionally, risotto is prepared using only rice. However, it is not so. Sometimes the rice is partially or completely replaced by wheat, peas or mash. But since I used shredded wheat, that didn't have the heart to call the dish a risotto. So, semi-pilaf... or "Down with stereotypes!".

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Wheat groats

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Tomato

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

  • Basil

  • Paprika sweet

  • Cumin

  • Turmeric

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Carnation

  • Coriander

Cooking

On a heated with oil pan, pour the mixture of spices. Once in the kitchen the aroma will spread, put sliced meat and fry on a medium heat.

Once meat is slightly browned, add chopped onion, stir and continue to cook.

Once the onions become translucent, add grated on a coarse grater carrots, stir again, and continue to cook.

Add the peeled garlic cloves.

Once the carrots are slightly browned, add a little water and to extinguish, away from direct sunlight.

Pour on top of cereal and levelling. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with water.

Continue to cook without covering with a lid until it boils away the water.

All contents of the pan to mix well, remove from heat and cover with lid. After 15 minutes the dish is ready. Bon appetit!
