Cooking

step-0
Sift the flour into a bowl (I recommend to start with 300 g of flour), mix it with salt, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar Dr. Oetker.
step-1
Cheese, butter, sour cream, egg punch by blenderm until smooth
step-2
Add this cottage cheese into the flour and start kneading the dough. If necessary, pour flour. It can go from 350 to 400 g depending on the moisture content and plasticity of the cheese
step-3
The dough should be soft, elastic and not stick to hands. But do not hammer it with flour. Wrap the dough with film and leave at room temperature while preparing the filling
step-4
For the filling, mix the curd, salt, sugar, egg and vanilla sugar Dr. Oetker.
step-5
Add semolina, stir and leave for 10 minutes, the Number of decoys depends on the humidity of cottage cheese
step-6
Roll out the dough thickness of 0.5 cm, Cut slices. In half of the circles in the center and a notch cut out any shape (I did a flower, but just a circle of smaller diameter)
step-7
Connect the circles in pairs. The lower part is a solid circle, the upper part with a cutout. In the deepening put cheese filling
step-8
Bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown (about 15 minutes). Be guided by your oven
