Left the dough from the cookie "bows", which we kids were preparing for daddy's Birthday and I decided instead of a cake to make the cake!

Cooking
Apples clean from the skin and the core. Cut into cubes, folded into a saucepan, add water and sugar. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla.
Add the cheese and again beat well.
Put the dough in the form and do high sides. (Leave a piece of dough on the grout).
Pour the cheese and Apple mixture on the dough.
On top of the pie to RUB a piece of dough. And put in the oven of 160 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Remove from oven and leave to cool slightly.
