Cutlets from minced meat and vegetables
Very tender cutlets with mushroom taste is a good addition to any side dish, vegetable salad and slice of freshly baked bread.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Beef finely chopped. I used a grinder with a very large latticed for minced meat.

Onion finely chop, carrots to RUB on a grater. Mushrooms (I used fresh oyster mushrooms), washed with warm water, mince with a small latticed. All the vegetables mix and fry in a pan until tender. To cool down a bit.

In minced meat add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, add the semolina, break there egg very well and mix well.

To form patties and fry them in vegetable maslitse.
