Lasagna with seafood and mushrooms
This recipe is my second experience of cooking lasagna. I looked at it with the stuffing no, because I want to share. Dedicated to lovers of mushrooms and seafood!

Lasagna I got three-tiered. Have a, possibly incorrect, the habit of beginning to prepare the filling, and then assemble your creation. So, let's start. The bottom layer I made the leeks with the garlic. Onion cut into slices.

And garlic I cut up now so: put a clove under a wide knife and much of it hit. Garlic breaks down into these segments, which preserve the taste and the juice of garlic.

In heated pan with olive oil fry onion, garlic, and meanwhile cut into slices mushrooms.

Shift the fried onions on the plate and in the same pan stir fry mushrooms, pre-salted them and adding as needed a little bit of olive oil.

When the mushrooms will be almost ready - take them, and sent to the pan 3 cloves of garlic with seafood.

I got the seafood was frozen and I fried to boil all the liquid. Until they are roasted make sauce. In a saucepan pour 250 ml of milk, pour 2 tablespoons of flour, a pinch of nutmeg, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Over medium heat and bring to a boil.

The sauce thickens quite quickly and acquires the consistency of thick cream. Just want to note that the sauce on my photos saussy. In the ingredients, I increased the amount of milk.

Now everything is ready for our lasagna.

On the bottom of the greased mold (I use the form is a brick of bread) spread a little sauce, which is put two sheets of lasagna. The leaves lay our sauteed onion and garlic, which are also on top of the sauce.

On top of the filling, again put 2 sheets of lasagna, which has put our mushrooms. Mushrooms also * brush with sauce.

Mushrooms again, cover with leaves and put the last layer of toppings - seafood. According to old tradition they are also covered by the sauce.

All this beauty lay the last two sheets of lasagna, roll them in the remnants of the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cover the form with foil and send in a preheated 180C oven for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes remove the foil and bake the lasagna for another 20 minutes.
