  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Vegetable oil

Meat cut into pieces thick 1 cm across the grain. Every piece of good beats from two sides, wrapped in plastic wrap.

Every bite to taste salt, pepper, season with nutmeg on the one hand, fold one upon the other in a bowl and send it for a couple of hours in the fridge to marinate.

While the meat is marinating, prepare toppings. 1. Mushroom. Mushrooms wash, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil. Shortly before ready add the finely chopped onion and fry until tender. Watch that the onions not too fried.

2. Vegetable. The my eggplant, cut in half, salt well and leave for half an hour. After thoroughly washed and cut into cubes. Tomatoes also cut into cubes. Simmer the vegetables on medium heat until tender. Shortly before ready add the finely chopped onion.

3. Fruit. My orange, peeled and cut into strips.

Take out the meat from the refrigerator, divide into 3 parts for 3 different fillings. Spread filling alternately on the edges of each piece, turn the rolls. For fruit roll-UPS use a few strips of orange.

Fasten each roll with toothpicks on three sides, so the filling remains inside. Spread the rolls on a baking sheet in three rows, to avoid confusion toppings and bake at 180 degrees until cooked.
