Cooking
In advance, prepare all products, so they were already on hand, weighed, cleaned, milled. Wetted the utensils in which we cook the cream, so it doesn't burn. If necessary, set the pan on the divider of fire. Pour evaporated milk and condensed milk. Stir.
A very thin stream, while continuously stirring, to lukewarm milk mixture, add corn flour.
Add the wheat flour. better than whole wheat, so baking has become a bit more useful.
The cast had not yet thickened paste into the pan in which to mix the gelatin. I have a bowl. When the mixture is warm, stirring constantly with a whisk, a thin stream pour gelatin.
In a saucepan with the milk mixture, add coconut, butter, vanilla sugar. All mix well with a whisk.
When the butter has melted and the paste is already thick, connected by small portions of the mixture from the saucepan with the gelatin in a bowl. Caution do not overheat the gelatin in hot mixture! Mix well.
Add the walnut flour. stir with a fork already. Add cookie crumbs. stir.
If you need fast thick cream (for nuts), then remove it in the freezer for 10 minutes. If you are satisfied, then skip this step.
