Skewers of chicken in cognac
The sun driving home from somewhere, to water, to nature... And our dad is at work and we have toddlers sit in the apartment. So I decided to indulge her husband and hint: isn't it time to leave, honey?:) On the website this is my first recipe, nothing special, but presented slightly different. Do not judge strictly, the cooks!:)

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

  • Curry

  • Cognac

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

Prepare all the necessary products. Fillet strangely left out of the frame:) Cut fillet pieces of 3-4 cm, salt, take the paprika and curry, thoroughly coat the meat in spices.

Onions cut into rings, mix with the meat, leave for 15 minutes. Add the brandy and vegetable oil, pour the meat with water, leave for 2 hours. Stick the meat with onions tight on the sticks. Sticks laid on the grate, which always set a pan. Sent in a preheated 200 degree oven of 45-50 minutes.
