Pork and vegetables grilled over charcoal
Uploading this recipe, I slightly deviate from the rules. Previous 100 recipes, loaded me on Boy, belong to me: I cook, take pictures of them, they ate. In this instance, I just took pictures and ate, ate and photographed. Everyone else is doing the unsurpassed master of shashlyk - my son Vladislav. The production he has put on a stream: it can feed meat any Horde of hungry relatives. I don't call this dish shish kebab for a simple reason: in the archive there are hundreds of recipes with the same name, therefore it's meat and vegetables baked on coals, on a spring morning in a pine forest.

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Tomato

    1 kg

Cooking

Boneless pork, cut, strung on wooden skewers, alternating with onion rings, slices of red and green peppers, tomatoes, folded in a deep tray, sprinkle with spices, pour the wine and oil, leave for a day. Fry on the grill. The brisket and vegetables to roast in its natural form.
