Vegetable ragout
Do not judge strictly, this is my debut! Similar recipes a lot and maybe I'm repeating myself... but really wanted to try yourself in the role of cook... Stew of tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, onions, and minced meat.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Onion

  • Tomato

  • Minced meat

  • Tomato paste

Finely chop the onion

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, but you can cut into cubes - as you like.

Zucchini peel and cut into cubes.

Fry the mince for 5-7 minutes in vegetable oil. Oil I poured 3 table. spoon and then it is not added at all.

Add the onion and fry it with the mince, until the onion becomes transparent

Add some carrots and fry until soft.

When carrots become soft, you can add tomato paste. I had tomato paste "food". In a glass, squeeze about half a pack of pasta and dilute with water. Then pour into the pan.

Place the courgettes and simmer until they are ready.

In the end, add the tomatoes. Pre-rinse them with boiling water and remove the skins, then cut into cubes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. After adding the tomatoes do not need long to keep on the fire a stew. Preferably after 2-3 minutes turn off the heat, then the tomatoes will give the juice, and they themselves will not be baked.
