Potatoes cut into cubes, fillets cut into large pieces, onion half rings, garlic slices, put all in a large pot. Season with salt and pepper, add Tabasco sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mashed tomatoes with their juice (skin from the tomatoes should be removed!), all mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Spread the mixture into a baking pan greased with olive oil. Close with foil and send in preheated to 200-220*C oven until cooked potatoes. 20 minutes before end of cooking foil can be removed.
