In the winter, so want something associated with summer. For example, potatoes in foil. Of course, the fire will not work, but there is a oven!!!

Cooking
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into halves
Cut the nitty gritty.
Mix the sour cream with greens and garlic. Put the resulting mixture into the potatoes. Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
Combine the halves and wrap in foil. Put in oven for 20 minutes.
