Ingredients

  • Meat

  • Potatoes

  • Crab sticks

  • Mushrooms

  • Cheese

  • Sausage

  • Mayonnaise

Beat the meat (I got pork).

For the filling: sauté the mushrooms (with onions, who love), to RUB on a grater: cheese, sausage, crab sticks, add mayonnaise.

Meat twist in the form of an envelope inside to put the filling (I would of course better made them completely closed, but the chops were small).

Put into a form along with potatoes.

Close foil and place in preheated oven to 200 degrees, after an hour remove foil and reduce temperature to about 170 degrees until ready.
