Perhaps something like this already is on the website. Perhaps the original recipe and not called. But in my family this dish is served that way, and we love it! Tastes like dumplings in a slightly different interpretation.

Cooking
Fry the mince and onion for 5 minutes. Add grated on a coarse grater potato. Salt. Fry, stirring, for another 5 minutes. Cool.
The parsley grind in a blender, adding a little water. This will be our basis for the test. Knead the dough for 1 egg. The dough roll out the layer and smear it with a mixture of mayonnaise with ketchup.
Spread the stuffing on the dough and places to put a spoon of cream cheese. I have Hochland ham.
Roll in roll and rolled into a snail (hence the name - zawartosci). Cooking in Montevarchi 40 minutes. Serve with vegetables. I have pickled peppers. Bon appetit!
