Homemade yogurt ice cream with strawberries and quinoa
Homemade ice cream... can there be anything more delicious?! It certainly does not like what is sold in our stores, it is much more useful, tasty, and most importantly - natural! Quinoa gives it a special charm and mystery... With a straightforward cooking process, even for the most novice cook )))

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    500 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Strawberry

    150 g

  • Quinoa

    50 g

  • Water

    100 ml

Cooking

Boil quinoa according to instructions on the package. Cool.

I used frozen crushed strawberries with sugar ( its pre-thaw) and homemade, natural yoghurt

Mix the yogurt, the strawberries, the powdered sugar and beat well with a mixer for 2 minutes

Add the quinoa and mix quickly

Pour the resulting mass in a container to freeze and put into the freezer. IMPORTANT!!! To ice cream turned out uniform, every 30 - 40 minutes to get it out of the freezer and stir intensively. And so done up until ice cream reaches your desired consistency. I did 3 times

Before filing on the table to withstand the dessert at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
