Very tasty and simple recipe of cooking fish. The dish turns out juicy inside, with a subtle onion flavor and crispy outside..

Cooking
First marinate the fish. This should be done at least 2 hours before cooking or, even better, overnight. For this large onion grind to a pulp (can be grated in the processor).. Wiping bitter tears (in that case, if you rubbed on a grater), coat thoroughly with this paste fillet fish
Then take soy sauce and add to the fish and onions, well, at this stage, leave the fish alone for at least 2 hours.
While the fish is resting, egg, lightly beat into a soft mousse, prepare the breadcrumbs and flour for the batter. Oh, and then take out the fish (not wiping onions and sauce), cut filaki in half (if large), dip them first in flour...
Then the eggs.. well, and then in the breadcrumbs (:))) at this stage I forgot to take a picture)
and then all this beauty sent to the pan..
Fry on medium heat without covering with a lid, when one side is toasted, turn over and protrusive grated cheese.. well that's all!! Bon appetit!!!
