Roast chicken giblets
Chicken giblets with vegetables, baked in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 share

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Chicken giblets cut into small pieces.

Boil in salted water.

Ready giblets add salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil.

Potatoes, carrots cut into small pieces. Vegetables, fry in vegetable oil, salt.

In a pot put half of the roasted vegetables.

Lay on top of the giblets and crushed garlic.

Cover with the remaining vegetables.

Mix sour cream and tomato paste.

Pour the prepared mixture of vegetables. Bake in the oven for 20-25 min at a temperature of 180-200°C degrees.

Garnish with greens.
