Cooking
To prepare the dough: Mix egg, flour, sugar, salt and butter to room temperature. Knead the dough, wrap in cling film and put into the cold for an hour. After an hour, remove dough to put on the baking paper, raskatat a thin layer. Apples and strawberries to wash m thinly slice. Put the top on the dough, stepping back from the edge 3-4cm
Wrap the edge of the galettes, sprinkle the Apple and the strawberries lightly with sugar and put on top a bit of butter. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes the biscuits are Ready, you can top with honey, if desired
The biscuits can be served hot or cold. Cut into pieces with kitchen scissors, pizza cutter or regular knife.
