Cooking
To faster to make the cake, the filling can be prepared while the dough will rise. I always make yeast dough in an enamel saucepan. In warm water dissolve the sugar and add the yeast. Leave for a few minutes.
When the yeast absorbs the water, stir until bubbles.
Add salt, egg and mix well.
Pour vegetable oil and stir.
Add ketchup (or tomato sauces) and stir. The dough will get a very nice shade of pink.
Pour 1 Cup (I have a regular faceted glass 250 ml) sifted flour and stir well to avoid lumps.
This should get the dough. Density as on the pancakes.
Now you need to cover the pot with a dough cover and put in a slightly heated oven (degrees 30-50'S) for lifting (most importantly, the oven was not hot!). Usually the dough rise for 15-20 minutes. The dough will increase twice.
Approached mix the dough and gradually add the remaining sifted flour to make quite a bit sticky, but elastic dough.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and roll out into a rectangle the size of the form in which to cook. I have the pan size 24х35 see
On a baking tray lined with parchment, lay out the first layer of dough, spread on it the filling (I cut up thin slices of the potatoes and boiled it in salted water until soft, mix with fried in vegetable oil onions and mashed canned fish. The liquid from canned fish was not poured.)
On top of the filling, lay the second layer of dough and join both of the layer of zasobiv edge around the perimeter of the pie.
Grease the pie with milk and put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake until Golden brown. I have a cake baked for about 20-25 minutes.
Here's a ruddy pie turns out.
And so the cake looks in the cut. Bon appetit!))
