Pancake cake with raspberry layer
It is very tender and flavorful. Recipe pancakes are one of my favorites.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    600 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Raspberry

    300 g

  • Juice

    120 ml

  • Water

    80 ml

  • Corn starch

    8 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

For pancakes: beat eggs in a lush foam with sugar, add warm milk, salt and sunflower oil. Beat well. Pour small portions of flour and again whisk to avoid lumps.

In a well heated pan, greased with a thin layer of vegetable oil, bake thin pancakes.

Raspberries for the raspberry layer spread on the sieve and allow to drain the juice. Soak gelatine in cold boiled water. Starch to dissolve in water. In a saucepan pour the juice, water, put sugar. Bring to the boil and to enter the divorced starch. Cook, stirring until thick.

Cool slightly and to introduce the raspberries and gelatin, stir until fully dissolved. The mass to cool to room temperature.

In a split form put one damn, and to lubricate it ready raspberry layer. So continue until all the pancakes and raspberry layer. On top put a pancake, not oil. Put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

The finished cake can pour melted chocolate. You can bring to the table. Bon appetit!
