Ingredients

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Ice cream

    75 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Jam

    0.5 cup

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Water

    1 cup

Gelatin pour cold boiled water and leave to swell. Jam diluted with water. When gelatin is ready, heat a mixture of the jam with the water until warm and dissolve gelatin in it. Pour into mold and put in refrigerator for freezing.
