Oatmeal cookies with almonds and jam
Crumbly, delicate and delicious shortbread cookies with spices, almonds and jam. The recipe is my own copyright works. The dough was dense, but not elastic and roll it easily. Holds its shape well, so you can cut out figured cookies of any complexity. The dough is moderately sweet, the main sweetness of the liver gives the jam. The preparation requires attention and skill, but believe me, it's worth it! (Calorie 431 kcal per 100 g)

Ingredients

  • Oat flour

    250 g

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Honey

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Jam

    200 g

  • Almonds

    45 g

  • Brown sugar

    25 g

  • Ginger

    1.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

Mix the sifted flour, spices and baking powder.

In another bowl, use a fork to mix honey and softened butter until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, mix until smooth.

Pour into the bowl with the butter, honey and eggs to the flour with spices, mix well, then stir in the remaining flour and knead the dough. Flatten the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

A knife to chop almonds, lightly sear it on a dry pan.

On a chopping Board lined with baking paper, roll out as thin as possible layer from part of the test. One biscuit cut mould two blanks of the same size. One of them molds of smaller size to cut the hole.

The lower part of the cookies without holes, sprinkle with chopped almonds, closer to the edges. Put top, sprinkle it with sugar. With a teaspoon gently fill the hole in the middle of the cookie jam TM "Maheev" (any to choose from - orange, lemon, raspberry, blueberry). Jam need to impose is not very much, so he doesn't run out when baking.

Put the cookies on the laid baking paper baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees.

The output is about 40 pieces of cookies. Cookie cutters is better to take a size bigger, so clearly felt the different tastes and cooking easier. Bon appetit!
