Cucumber salad for the winter
Don't even know where to start.. First time trying to post a recipe that I only took pictures and didn't do. This salad every year for the winter, makes my mother in law. And now, I asked for the non-photographers, to bring it to you. Because the salad is extremely simple to prepare, but ocheeen delicious! An open jar of flies like hot cakes! Even my husband who is indifferent to vegetables and salted, comes to fight for the last spoon of this salad! And there is another big plus, the salad needs pickles overgrown! Prepare the vegetables. Cucumbers thoroughly wash. The onion and peel the garlic, and also my.
The cucumbers cut the ends and cut into rings of about 0.3-0.5 cm thick. Garlic cut into slices. Onion cut arbitrarily (not finely), how would pieces.

Prepare the marinade. In a saucepan mix: water, tomato sauce, sunflower oil (by smell real!!), the sugar and salt. Put on fire and bring this mixture to boil!

After 5 min, last but not least, add the garlic and add vinegar. Again, gently stir and boil 2 min. can add a few peas black pepper. We do not add.
Then spread on sterile jars and preserve. You can then make sure that rolled banks are not sterilizing, but be sure to wrap until cool. From 1 kg of cucumbers turns 3 jars 0.5 l Our salad is ready!
