Really wanted to please the body red fish and tasty under the soft fur, with a delicate aroma of herbs and spices...

1. Fish clean, cut into pieces and RUB the spices (leave to soak for 15 minutes)

2. Cook coat (mix mayonnaise, water, eggs, cheese grate on a coarse grater, melted cheese spoon mix well and season with spices)

3. Place the fish onto the form and fill coat, evenly distributing the cheese mass.

4. Put in the oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. As a side dish, I used 3 rice varieties. Dinner is served! Bon appetit!
