Description
A simple soft cake. We often bake it with different creams, or direct into the dough, put the apples, do as pie. Always delicious and airy.

Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Whisk the whites to a solid foam. Then add a little sugar. Continue whisking.
When the sugar has dissolved, pour the yolks and beat again.
In this mixture, little by little add flour and slowly stir with a spoon in one direction. I sifted the flour, but not necessarily.
The finished dough pour in the form (the form be sure to grease with vegetable oil) and put into a pre heated oven ( 200° )for 30 minutes. Check after 25 minutes with a skewer.
Now this cake turned out. (I'm a little overexposed, the baby did not calm down, but still very soft and tender).
