That's all we'll need for the test.
Potatoes finely chop and boil in salted water until tender. Then drain the water, potato mash.
Add the egg, oil, mix well.
Pour the flour and knead the dough. The dough will be very soft, as they say - the consistency of the ear lobe, does not stick to hands. To put it into the form, lubricated with oil, having high sides, send in the freezer while preparing the filling.
We will prepare the products for the filling.
Meat if you use beef, cut into very small cubes. This is the most tedious step in the recipe.
Pepper cut into small cubes, tomatoes slices, onion crushed. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
Pepper lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Fry the onions in a separate pan until Golden brown.
Add meat and fry until almost cooked, add salt.
Add pepper and mix well. The stuffing cool slightly.
Spread the filling on the dough.
From top to distribute tomato, cut into small cubes or slices.
Mix cream and milk, tomato paste eggs with the egg.
Combine the two mixtures, beat slightly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
And evenly to fill pie. Sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
Bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200*C. remove the cake, sprinkle with grated cheese and put back in the oven for 10-15 minutes, so the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
The filling is very juicy, fragrant and delicious, but the dough was not too pleased... Maybe it was just stale in the freezer, as I got a little distracted... for a couple of hours... next time will try to bake with the cookie dough.
