Cottage cheese muffins with cranberries
Such curd is baked for many years. Once brought me a silicone mold, so I found this recipe! Supplements a long list, but in the winter I bake with dried fruit and Apple, and now with a fresh, collected me, cranberries))) all berries are interchangeable, I even baked a strawberry.
